SHIPPING POLICY 
Since all products are handmade, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 weeks of placing your order. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are also offered at checkout.
LOCAL DELIVERY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer International shipping, but feel free to contact us with inquiries at izzyandemmi@gmail.com 
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at izzyandemmi@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our goal is to make YOU happy, and provide you with the highest quality handmade products. If you're not happy with your items, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges.
